How do I start my refund/replacement request?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want a refund for
- You will get a confirmation email with the refund/replacement guidelines once the request is approved
What items are refundable?
You can request refund/replacement of your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.
Free gifts or promotional items are not refundable!
Are there any charges for refunds/replacements?
- There are no charges for refunds or replacements
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are not responsible for the charges of the replacement shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your refund request is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
