How do I start my refund/replacement request?

What items are refundable?

You can request refund/replacement of your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.

If any promo codes were applied to the order or if the item was purchased on sale, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after any applied discounts. How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your refund request is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
